WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
INQUIRY
We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via the contact form, e-mail or other direct contacts from you. We collect data like your name and e-mail address when you make online inquiries (website contact form). We will use your information to respond to you regarding your concerns.
REGISTRATION (via Google Form)
We collect personal data such as your name, e-mail address, contact number and company/organization in the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence: Discerning Societal Impacts of Artificial Intelligence Registration Form. We will use your contact information to notify you about the event. And for the purpose of identification of the registrants during the event/webinar.
SECURITY
Whenever you provide sensitive information, your information is protected both online and offline. We will not give, sell or rent your information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization without your consent.
RETENTION POLICY
We will dispose of/delete your data in a secure manner (2 – 3 weeks from the date of the event).
